Vivienne & Chouson

In the midst of the pandemic, Vivienne & Chouson had their micro wedding at Fraserview Mennonite Brethren Church in Richmond BC. They are both devoted Christians. They met in church and they serve together in the worship team. There was no doubt that they wanted to celebrate their love with a traditional Christian ceremony. They had their fellow worship leaders lead a few worship songs, the pastor gave a short sermon, and they lit the unity candle, and partake in communion.

The Vancouver weather in November is not the greatest. We checked the weather forecast and expected heavy rainfall that day. We were prepared to photograph in the rain, but thankfully the weather held up until I said “we’re done!” then it started pouring! It felt like it was meant to be.

Vivienne & Chouson couldn’t have a church-wide wedding, but their intimate ceremony felt absolutely perfect with the presence of God and their immediate family. It was definitely filled with lots of blessings, joy, and love.
